Per claims of current designation and grandfathering under relevant legislation, Orkid Labs represents that it meets the conditions described in the Genius Act (S.2, 2025) and applicable FAR provisions as a Federal Law Compliance‑Ready Sole Source provider (grandfathered effective 2025‑01‑04).
