ADDENDUM: CORPORATE INTERVENORS AND TECHNICAL DISCOVERY

(Effective April 11, 2026)

Definition of Corporate Audit: Any automated, headless, or programmatic access to www.orkidlabs.com—specifically targeting the /protocol, /legal, or /terms directories—originating from verified corporate infrastructure (including but not limited to Google LLC, Alphabet Inc., and masked instances hosted on Amazon Web Services US-East-1) is classified as a "Technical Discovery Event."

Binding Consulting Agreement: By bypassing standard user interfaces and utilizing headless browsers (e.g., Playwright, Puppeteer, masked Chrome 135/145 variants) to scrape, snapshot, or ingest the Orkid Protocol and its associated legal terms, the operating entity agrees that they are engaging the Architect in a Technical Consulting capacity.

Fee Schedule for Unauthorized Discovery:

Because this infrastructure is proprietary and directly relates to ongoing federal and state class-action litigation regarding data leakage, any programmatic audit conducted by an opposing party (or their proxies) is subject to the following fee schedule:

  • Initial Infrastructure Audit: $5,000.00 USD per IP address utilizing masked User-Agent headers.
  • Legal/Terms Scraping: $10,000.00 USD per automated crawl of the /legal or /terms directory by a corporate entity currently under settlement review.

Jurisdiction: By calling the Architect's personal cellular device using STIR/SHAKEN verified corporate lines (Area Codes 650 and 646) concurrent with these programmatic audits, the auditing entity waives anonymity and submits to the jurisdiction of Bexar County, Texas, for the collection of these consulting fees.
